IGN: Kans Problem: Noob Hat and Noob Overall can't be dropped or traded. Details: Can't trade or drop GM nx item, tried reconnecting and all that. When trading, says Trade Unsuccessful even when slots are available in the receiving character.
Please provide the following details Affected NX/RP item name: Date & Time (UTC) of the issue: Screenshot (JPG) of the item in Cash Shop: Once confirmed the item is bugged, the Admins would refund you either the weapon or the RP amount used.

Thanks for the help, these items belong to my friend James (Snikt) I was borrowing them for a few days
That's perfectly fine, the items disappearing from your cash shop confirms that it was bugged. I've forwarded this to the Admins so they can provide you with a replacement!

Sorry for the inconvenience! NX/RP item bugs usually get verified during server maintenance. Time of wait may vary based on the number of responsibilities the admins attend to. Once we get the green light from the admins you will be notified on this thread and contacted by me (or any other GameMaster) and we would be happy to recover your bugged item!
I apologize for the inconvenience. The admins are extremely busy during this time of year in preparation for the upcoming autumn update. I'll request for this to be verified asap!

I have deleted these items from your cash shop. A GM will need to find you in game to refund you the following items: 1002824 - Noob Hat 1052170 - Noob Overall Please reply here when you are next in game to make it easier for a GM to find you.
