Hello! I have been logged out for a while and recently logged in a week ago. I updated my game to the latest patch but I have lost my Giant Ducky Chair and its no longer in my inventory. I tried to reinstall the patch but decided to re-install the game itself and the chair was still missing from the inventory. Its still in the assigned key (as in I can see the picture of the chair but I cannot use it) I did not sell it because that Ducky is precious to me, but it just disappeared Is there a way I can get it back? Please help!!! I dont know what to do. I think some other players have experienced this issue also.

Im not saying the ducky chair disappeared in september 2021, im saying that when i logged in last time which was about 2 weeks ago it was gone. The time before that, I logged in between august-sep/ and was doing a lot of gatch. I didnt see the chair in my inventory from the last time i logged in which was 2 weeks ago. So the estimated time of me holding the chair was before the last two times i logged in.

Yeah sure no worries i dont mind if the investigation is longer, Im just aware that the last two times i logged in to gatch were between mid august-september and the most recent was 2 weeks ago. I had like 340k worth of NX from voting so this is how I know.

I logged on yesterday (9/1/22) and the chair was still not in my inventory but in my key configuration set up. please let me know the progress of the issue and get back to me at your earliest continence because it isn’t fair that I lose an item that I didn’t sell or misplace - ask for help, and no one helps. It’s been 2.5 months.

As I said previously before it’s hard for me to provide you with an exact time as to when the chair disappeared. I only logged on during September to do gatcha and noticed it was gone. It’s possible that it disappeared before that time but on that matter I am unsure. The disappearance date is not in my hands to determine but I wish it was. I don’t doubt that you are investigating, clearly it states that in the previous replies. However my argument here is that to go 2.5 months with an investigation process and to not be aware that it is still under investigation till this time; is not something that can be calculated as fault on my part. You state that I am unbelieving of your help, you cannot jump to this conclusion without the facts being that I have not been aware that this is still under investigation up until this point - and it’s not logical to reach any other conclusion other than the latter. Which is why I stated what I did and stood by it. Now that you’ve explained it further there is clarification. If you are still investigating as per your previous statements, it would have been nicer of you to state that primarily rather than ‘I’m not sure what else to respond with’. That’s all it takes, an update if someone asks a question about an item or makes a statement - rather than a statement from your part making it out like I’m trying to contest your assistance when I’m just inquiring and staying the facts. I came to your for help, therefore I am in my right to ask questions or make assumptions as to the investigation process considering the amount of time it has taken. I appreciate your apology and am now aware that there is still an ongoing investigation, so thank you for that update. I understand it may be a lengthy process so that is fair. I apologize for the wait, I have bumped your request in the hopes that we can get to the bottom of this. There was a Giant Ducky chair incident that happened in 2019 where the chairs were accidentally removed by accident somewhere around the Christmas patch due to missing files and the chairs were corrupted. I remember it fondly as I was a victim of that one. I'm not quite sure if the same thing had happened again in September 2021; but just to be safe I have bumped the request of an Admin to take a quick look and to see if other Ducky chairs might've disappeared. I truly am sorry for the wait.

This case may be closed now because I logged in and checked, and the ducky chair is now back. I’m unsure of how it came back but it did, which was a big surprise so maybe it was a glitch and it resolved itself? So you do not need to action this any further. I do however appreciate your response and your efforts. Thank you so much for your assistance.
Yay a happy ending! I'll gladly close the bump and that is very strange indeed haha but I've seen weirder things happen with this 2004 duct-tape coded game! Good news all around!
