Im making a new bandit to help me on hunting rare cards. Can any pro shad tell me does steal rlly work and how does it work? (Like u can use steal many times u want until the card drop?)

I am currently level 21 following the Normal Bandit AP Build. Do I want a bathrobe and earring scrolled with DEX or LUK?
you'd want a ~+5 > +10 DEX earring which is easy to obtain around. you could go for gear with secondary stats instead of primary so you can dump all of your natural AP into your main stat (LUK)
Keen Eyes is useful year-round if you plan on attending any sort of event. You're forced to use a claw against christmas snowman and Keen Eyes is useful there. You have the option of using a claw (with maple claw/kandayo/skanda or clean meba +subis) for pierre, valentine, anniversary, and any situation where you're forced to use regular attacks and deal fixed damage. Keen Eyes also allows you to function as a ranged attacker for LPQ if you care about that. the long-term benefit is significant enough that I think it's worth it to just leave double stab at lv12 and max keen eyes instead, even if you are planning to actually train from lv10-30. sure you might not be hitting as hard with your dagger, but gizers are 700k so i think you'll manage
Yeah that's true, claws are a lot better than daggers in events as well cause you can just sit back and attack and don't have to bother running after the boss all the time. Lucky seven is also a better skill than double stab, it got a built in mastery, higher damage and long range
