Just as title suggests. I think a massive QoL upgrade would be having DR activate on bosses after the animation has fully (or at least half way) played out. As a bowmaster, and not being fully washed, this would make bossing doable without having to frame perfect react to an instant DR(and even then frame perfect reaction won't stop you from dying). I really don't understand why bosses with DR have a DR animation if it doesn't help alert you to anything.
The game is so much more engaging and fun when you can react to negatives. That's why zakum (and auf) are fun bosses
agree and a few qol suggestions: -have the DR animation default on top of any other skill/attack/dmg display animation? -with max lvl 5 HW (or higher), HW will alert the player some way, in the form of a screen shake, a chatlog msg, an exclamation mark over the players head, or a SFX file, or all/combo of the above. this could be a % chance as well to alert, up to 90% at max? should consume MP, however. i think a decent chunk like 99mp
I think Dojo Panda is possibly the best boss in the game. Fights where your gameplay actually matters are just so much more fun. 90% of them right now are just holding down one button with autopot on
