    I'm unsure what is it that you are trying to appeal to here. Your character ShlomixP wasn't accessed by anyone else and your forum IP is matching to the IP addresses that you connected from on Dec 14th, the date you claim to be hacked.

    Your permanent ban will remain.

    Okay, if you think ALL of my claims are invalid, can you please check if the connection from the time i OPENED THE ACCOUNT, and the connection where you guys see the REPEATING connections as Muff said in NOVEMBER 2019 TO JANUARY 2020, which is a time period i claim to NOT TOUCH the game, are the same exact connections? because if you only have the logs from that time period, OF COURSE they are going to be the same exact connections BECAUSE THAT IS THE HACKER LOGGING INTO MY ACCOUNT. for the record i claim to NOT TOUCH the game eversince my account was created.
