game wont launch

Hi
Every time i click on the application to open the game nothing happens, not even an error code or something
I tried reinstalling and tried to reboot pc, also i have no antivirus and the game is allowed through firewall, also it is important to mention that i played 2 days ago before the latest update, after the latest update i reinstalled and then this happens

it worked for 3 days now i cant launch it again also when the refresh rate is at 60hz... any ideas? tried all of the refresh rates available...

try turning off all firewall first then redownloading the new files. I had similar issues where it wasn’t opening at all but I ended up doing that and it was okay. I toggled with a few more settings to ensure that when my firewall was turned back on, it wouldn’t affect the client. Pm me if you want

 

This happens because your computer treats mapleroyals as a trojan virus. If you have windows 10 you need to allow mapleroyals to be treated like a virus so that your system doesnt delete it again.
