Moderate Skill & Boss Quests Heaven's Hammer prequest not working

    I'm currently on the quest Song of Forgotten Warrior and after killing a Jr Balrog to get the key to the forgotten shrine, i entered the secret portal inside Sancturary 4. I killed all the balrogs but the second ETC of the quest Sayram's Shield didn't drop for me. Tried dropping the key, forfeiting the quest but still bugged.

    If I remember correctly... and I may not... There is 2 portals in that map, 1 that teleports you to the top where you can break rocks? that can drop the shield, if the rogs did not drop it.

    i tried breaking the rocks at the top but it kept teleporting me back to the insignificant being map 4-5 times :( my pally friends told me they don't remember the prequest for HH to be this hard
