well, so here's what really happened, I have a brother and we played in the same house, same internet and computer, same accounts, and I believe that this happened because one day I vote for one account and he votes for another involuntarily, and also there may be errors notice regarding the hours, for example in my country at 9 o'clock at night it is free to vote again, but he or I may have confused it because of the time and we ended up voting for one account and he for the other, because I've stopped playing and my brother doesn't play anymore, that was a long time ago. Playing on the same accounts as your brother would be considered account sharing, and that will result in a permanent ban as well.
I didn’t say I played on my brother account, sorry if it may sounded like that. What I did say was that we shared votes, for example, he voted in one day and I voted in another. But no, we never, ever logged on each other account and that can be easily proved on logs.
I would like to give you the benefit of doubt that you stating that you and your brother have been playing on the same accounts was a poor choice of words on your part. With that being said, if you and your brother had your accounts open on the same computer at any given time, that may be considered account sharing as well. The PM you have sent me is showing you applying to the whitelist on Jun 26, 2020. However, I can also see that your application is marked as rejected, most likely due to an incomplete form. One might argue that the MapleRoyals whitelist system is flawed, and it might be, but nevertheless, the responsibility of ensuring you both are taking your turns to vote in case the application gets rejected or following up with your application is on the player.
I would like to add that this isnt just you and your brother voting daily, but just you on multiple characters you listed earlier like Henryr and jeyjey for example

But first I would like to state somethings and somehow enlighten your human side, so maybe you can understand more what is the situation and perhaps ask for a re-check from the staff and of course the admins. You see, me and my brother when we joined this server, we just wanted to have some casual fun, seeking nostalgia, nevertheless, it became more serious for both of us and of course as it was a long time ago we would never expect that we would read the whole rules, for instance. But as soon as we were aware, we did apply to the whitelist, but, instead of being accepted we got rejected and we never knew what is the criteria, só one mistake led to the another. Of course we might have missed the voting schedules, we have our life’s, our routines, specially in the country where I live with the COVID and everything. We have a terrible president. But this is not the case, like you said, it’s on the player, but can I please take a minor ban instead of perma? I didn’t straight benefit from his votes, he never gave me anything and that can be checked by the logs. Also, if we were accepted by the whitelist (which IMO is already a big exposure to send pictures of ourselves), do you think this appeal would be even happening by now? So please, take a relook at my case and consider giving me a minor penalty instead of straight permanent ban.

As you can see by Tim's reply, an admin just verified that the double vote came from your accounts, not your brothers, which means that he double-checked if the ban was rightfully issued, just as you requested.
Perhaps you got it wrong Tim, like I said, I just started here as a casual and I wasn’t aware of the rules. I’m pretty sure many of the players are like that to, as in they only get how serious this server is after a while playing. I am pretty sure that when I did this, was when I was a starter (not aware of the gravity at all). After I did notice that it was wrong I stopped, I regret of what I did and I ask you to perhaps confirm that when I did it was only in the start. Maybe reduce my ban to a 1 month ban and I won’t vote for 30 days for make up for this abuse? I think with the actual state of the server perhaps a flexibility on that would be healthy for the perspective of newcomers as well, since I noticeably state that we are decreasing in players, I never caused trouble to no one and I am more than willing to make up for my mistake.
You have already been given this courtesy prior to when the ban was issued. Permanent and temporary bans for vote abuse are granted by admins, who always show leniency whenever they can as their best interest is to retain as many players as possible. With all that being said, as an admin already confirmed that the ban was rightfully issued and we do not give second chances to those who choose to gain an unfair advantage over other players, I would like to thank you for your time and proceed to close this ban appeal as your ban for major vote abuse is indefinite and won't be lifted under no circumstances.
