And can you clarify what you mean by: Are you voting on the account with Giulia or a different account?
I voted on Giulia account and another account for around 3~4days. So I think 3~4 times I voted in total between 2 accounts.
I can't remember any other ign besides Giulia. What do you mean by account names? Is it the Login ID?

Since this took place a while ago, I am going to request an Admin confirm if the ban was correctly given. In the meantime, I am going to ban your second account which you currently have access to, until an Admin conducts this investigation. Playing on a different account while banned is considered Ban Evasion. Please be patient in the meantime, as it will likely take some time to investigate this, depending on the workload of the Admins at the moment.
Ok thank you for the quick replies, I will wait until further investigation and hope everything gets cleared soon. But I think there is something wrong with the ban decision because I've never voted more than once per reset(every 24 hours) and it also wouldn't let me vote at all if done so. I've always used the same ip for playing/voting which doesn't allow voting more than twice in 1 reset as it will say i've already voted and need to wait a certain time(next reset). I've always tried to comply by the regulation especially the voting rules and feel like there has been a mistake. Are there records/logs of every vote of my accounts? Since I'm sure that I did not vote abuse or violate the voting the system.
