You have to create them with the ingredients listed in the main post. John Barricade is the NPC that creates them.
The only way to get the items is from gacha? Goko npc does not let me trade for badges even after I did the prequests. Am I missing anything?
I did all those quests except the mark of heroism because it says it is only for jump quest. Goko only lets trade for 50 badges or 25. According to other guide u can try for 1 badges for a chance of the special items. Is the mark of heroism is also a prequest for trading the badges? Thank you.
Those badge turn ins should be able to be done multiple times with a very small chance for actual items, but none related to any of the crafting in this thread besides maybe the Taos for balanced furies but those can easily be obtained in cwkpq. To get special ingredients for crafting the manuals at John Barricade, you'll need to either get lucky at gachapon or buy them from the fm.
The only items that require prequests to obtain are the ones Fionna makes and unlocking the turn ins from joko. Other than that, you just have to obtain the ingredients.
All of the following iTCG weapons are upgraded by Corine at New Leaf City. You first have to obtain the basic Level 10 weapon from Gachapon and then hunt for the necessary items, as well as possess an active pet at a certain level. I try gachapon NLC, but i can get taru weapon.
The bow and crossbow is at Henesys gach, the claw and daggers are at Kerning gach, the staff is at Ellinia gach and the cape is at Perion gach

As the website (maple wiki) Sila used to link the images seems to have gotten hacked/breached and linked to odd pages, I have broken every single image's link Probably will re-add them myself eventually
