Unfortunately none of the Admins got around to looking into it yet, they typically do during SCs as that’s the only time they can remove the items / check to verify the things GMs can’t check, etc. they will respond here though to let you and us know everything’s good to go
Our logs seem to show that you actually lost a total of 22 AP resets. The additional 18 may have been from before/after the instance of 4. I have deleted these items from your Cash Shop. We will need to refund you the items in game, please reply here when you are next in game for a GM to contact you to refund you the following items: 22 x 5050000 - AP Reset
