IGN: WonderFist Problem: All items in storage disappeared after yesterdays server check. Details: I was putting items in the storage right before the server went down. After the server check, all the items disappeared. When the server went down, I was still talking to the storage person, so it may have something to do with that. I can't remember everything that was in there, but I remember putting helmet dex scrolls 30%,60% and 70%, and there was a lot of them. I'm not sure if I should use the storage, so I wont use it for now I guess.

Time stamps: 1. December 23rd 21:59 UTC time, I was talking to storage dude and putting my stuff in the initially empty storage when the server shut down for server check. 2. A few min after server check, about 22: 36, I checked the storage and nothing was there 3. Don't think this matters, but I went on a long gach run after, so I gained a lot of scrolls. Items missing: (I can't remember much unfortunately) 1. Helmet for dex 30%/60%/70% scrolls, and quite a large amount of them, as I was going to use them to scroll multiple helmets. 2. A useless warrior book. If I had to guess it was rush 20, but its just a guess. 3. I think I transferred some of those potions that transform you. They potion looked pinkish purple I think(?) 4. All Cure potions If you check the logs, I should have been charged 500 meso per item stored before the server check, right? Maybe you can check that as well to confirm. Until then, I wont touch the storage, its still empty rn.
We are still looking into this issue, I know you mentioned some items you have lost in a previous post, but if possible can you try to create a list with as much detail as possible, including quantities of everything, if you can remember?
Sorry for the late reply, I can't remember too much, cause I was spamming them in, but ill do my best: Items that I'm sure I lost: 1 Warrior skill book, probably rush 20 All cure potions, probably at least 100 Revitalizers, cant remember how much, probably 130ish Glowing transform potion, cant remember for what though Helmet dex 30% scrolls, around 13 helmet dex 70% scrolls, around 20-30 maybe helmet dex 60% scrolls, a higher amount, I think it was around 63 I also might have lost sorcerer elixir, but im not too sure about that. I understand that its not a lot to go off of, as I can not remember exact numbers, so id appreciate if you prioritize the scrolls more than anything, as they had the most value.
I am sorry for the delay responding to this issue, I can confirm that there was an issue regarding using storage while the server shuts down, this was fixed in January 2021.
