(Also, I think SI mule is cheating)
Kettlebell 14x (probably will be 15x) Ice/Lit mage ~1200 magic, blizz 30. No CL and only 20 ifrit (I'm a scrub) SI mule is definitely cheating.

I've hosted two all mage runs. With a party of 6 it took less than an hour. I just did it on a whim by R> people via smega on the spot. I would like to join, but I have no idea if i will be available on that date, which makes it kinda hard to schedule these things way into the future.
