they're an etc. exchange weapon i believe, wind raider badge, storm badge etc. not sure if they drop at CWKPQ im pretty sure not.
Actually I have never seen this xbow in royals.. you mean it is possible to exchange with raven eye and some etc?
Pretty much i'm certain it should come from ravens exchange. i used to far storm badges for exchange as i was aware of this, it's how i would obtain ravens claw often for sins lol i'm aware wind raider are one of few that people prefer to farm for exchange. be warned though its very tedious.
