I'm on my first character, currently level 112 Priest. Some guy told me to MP wash from level 90 to 120 so I'll have an easier time with potions. But AP resets from 90 to 120 will cost me 1.4b which is crazy and the potions I'm gonna buy will never reach that amount. Why would he think it's worth it? Am I missing something? Are there other benefits? Thanks
You shouldn't need to. I did some sparse mp washing on my bish just because it is nice to get more out of the % based potions, but it's pretty much a matter of preference.
Its not a smart move especially on your first character. If you don’t intend to make a new character, I recommend to Start washing at lvl155 Please checkout my bishop guide under HP washing, and if theres anything that you’re unsure with, do lmk below. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/bishops-guide-2022-horntail-guide.125406/
What if I do plan on creating a new character and leech myself? Also, I've seen the guide but it mainly talks about HP wash, and the videos with the explanations are broken.
I played bs to level 200 without mp washing once, and I've been able to do all content just fine, including auf
You should be able to do all the endgame bosses just fine as an unwashed bishop. For the potions tbh it's not worth it unless you gonna play it as a main, everyday, for a long long time. And even then, I mean.. you wouldn't save so much money to make a real difference.
Yes sadly youtube took all of it down :/ mapleroyals is the most sus stuff out there. Theres a more popular route where players make bishop mainly for meso making, once they are able to sell 1hit leech in area such as skeles. They will redirect themselves to create their favourite attacker class, where washing and farming their perfect weapon. You don’t need to wash your bishop at all if you prefer to make it your super meso maker.
You don't need much hp to boss as long as you're paying attention to dispels, that's the only time you're really in danger when you're bossing as a main bishop. I started hp washing around level 170-180, before that I ran horntail and other bosses unwashed, and it was totally fine. Having more hp is nice cause it lets you relax, but it's not at all required to do any of the content a main bishop would do. Especially since it's your first character I don't think you should worry about mp washing at least until you're a good bit more progressed in the game. I can assure you that even if you never mp wash you'll end up with a useful character.
