I'm getting the above error code after downloading the latest patch. I've attempted a redownload, reinstall, updating the hz on my monitor, restarting my computer, restarting my internet, checking for certain dll files, checking my firewall. I'm at a loss.

I cannot update the refresh rate on this monitor.

Try unplugging your 2nd monitor, cause it's 59 Hz

If confirmed Royals can launch without the 2nd monitor, you would need to figure out a way to adjust your 2nd monitor Hz

Also just to confirm, the rest please ensure your error code is exactly this number - "2147467259"

If is other numbers, please provide the number or screenshot of it as it would be a different issue

If the settings via Nvidia Control Panel are the same as the display refresh rate in Windows, try to adjust them to exactly 60 to see if Royals can be launched

To check Windows refresh rate - Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > Display > Advanced display settings.

I have the same issue, only have one monitor. Has anyone found a solution to this?

My issue was the resolution of my monitor (1920 x 1200) didn't support 60hz.

Changing resolutions didnt solve the issue for me.
When my refresh rate was 120 Hz or 144 Hz, I was able to load the log-in screen, but after I put in my PIN to get onto the server, I immediately DC with seeing a quick frame of the Showa background giving the error message as above.
When my refresh rate was 60 Hz, Royals just did not load in any form and immediately gave me the error message.

There was a bug with showa in the recent patch which should now be fixed. You'll need to redownload the newest setup

As mentioned by Nut, the above issues are caused by bugged Showa town, please download the latest setup to resolve the issues

    What options are available?

And your PC did not have this issue before the new update?
