Closed Skill point allocated wrong in 2nd to 3rd job

    Problem: Skill point allocated wrong in 2nd to 3rd job
    Details: Dear GMs, I'm a lv75 priest and just made job advancement at this current lv (didn't make at lv70). However, the NPC Roberia said to allocate all remaing SP before making the 3rd job advancement and I allocated everything into a 2job skill (including 2job and 3job SP). I would kindly ask for this to be reverted because the NPC lead me to belive I should spend all my skill points until compeletion of all 2job skills leving me with no SP (from lv70-75) to apply on my 3rd job skill. This is not my fault as it should have been better explained. Also, the skill reset in cash shop doesn't give the option to reset the excedent 2nd job SP into 3rd job SP, so in this case I would need a full reset on the SPs.

    You would need to purchase 3rd job SP reset to get back the according skill points

    Thank you for the reply. I understand now how it works, but since this was something that the game induced me into making the mistake, the SP should be automaticaly reset by one of you. Now I need to buy 15SP reset each for 3k NX = 45k NX that /8k voting days should take about a week for something that its not all my fault. If nothing can be done to restore the mistake induced upon me immeadiately, at least the 45k should be readily availabe for reseting. This is some serious bad game experience and is something to you guys have in mind to fix.

    Unfortunately, as progressing to 3rd job advancement as 75 instead of 70 is not the intended gameplay, it would be difficult to convince the Staff to provide a compensation unless you can provide a strong reason of why your 3rd job advancement was delayed by 5 levels

    You may wish to confirm with a Mod should you strongly believe the Staff ought to provide the compensation for the situation you are facing

    Note: I do not speak on behalf of the Staff, merely providing opinion from my own point of view

    This is indeed unintended gameplay, but I understand your concerns in that the system is flawed. We might be able to look into ways to prevent this from happening in the future.

    I will forward this to the admins and discuss a possible solution. However note that this may not be swift. We appreciate your patience.
