Hey, i just created an account and made my character. Every time i double click on my character, Maple closes and a box comes up saying that i was disconnected from the server. please try again later. the server is online, so i am not too sure why i am being d/c'd everytime... any suggestions would be awesome. thanks!
Two possibilities: 1) You have a loopback adapter from playing a high version server. Just disable the loopback adapter by doing the following: i) Right click my computer. Select properties. ii) Click Device manager. Drop the tree view for Network Adapter. iii) Look for Microsoft Loopback Adapter, and right click it and click disable. You should be able to connect now. 2) If that doesn't work, you may be banned.
it wasn't working on my desktop PC, but it worked on my laptop. now i am at school with my laptop (with an internet connection) and it's not working here either when it was working before.... the only thing under Network Adapters close to Microsoft Loopback Adapter on my computer is Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport Adapter. i did disable that, but it still didn't work.
