I don't feel it's unreasonable to in-game blacklist someone if they swear at you over assumptions. Again, you said you thought they stole, so you're not actually sure they did, and you decided to cuss at them. There's really nothing you can do against in-game blacklists. It's up to each player to use it if they so desire. As for the forum blacklist, it should be seen as a last resort. If someone is being toxic and you can't come to any agreements, then you use this blacklist. With this in mind, and the fact you yourself think everyone deserves a 2nd chance, please consider if you want this report to still be up or not.

DETAILS: I know this probably not going to be in community blacklist , but still want to let everone knows this guy is gonna steal your spot if he is near you. First time I saw him was like 2 hours ago, I planned to reset my shop but saw him near to my spot (he was between the "ss" shop and mine) , so i decided to do it later. After i done my HT with guildies, i tried to reset my shop asap, though seeing he is still here, I guess he has went afk , then closed then he immediately moved to my spot and stole it. ashamed of myself living in FM ~"~
This isn't blacklist worthy unless they are botting. However, if they are botting, you should make a report at the report abuse section instead. If they aren't botting, it's all fair game. As soon as your store closes for any reason, anyone is allowed to take it, no matter how annoying that might be. You simply cannot claim ownership of a spot. It's called free market for a reason.
I just noticed this list and I am on it somehow.. This small incident occured some time ago, but what I do remember is that I made a mistake in the pricing because in the mean time I was accussed of stealing this spot. Then after setting up v1 of this shop I went and do some papulatus. Mid kill I got an PM that I misspriced an item, and I told him I would fix it after I was done with papu kill. This is exactly what I did. I hope since this is the first time Im on this list and it was completely by accident, my name can be crossed of the list.
1.IGN: AssThief 2. REASON: Toxic and Accusing 3. DETAILS: Extremely rude in APQ accusing a party member of stealing apples, then went on to act childish and state they were now going to steal said party members apples. Complained and swore for 1 full run.
I apqed with blackhealing several times and he is an amazing leader with no problems whatsoever in controlling a party. You on the other hand, are toxic, rude, and childish. You should be glad he didn't blacklist you instead.

I partied with him before and I know how toxic he is. I just decided to give him a clean slate as it wasnt my run. I was joining blackhealing's party. In fact, blackhealing was so nice she even told me she was giving this guy a second chance and did not want to say anything despite having bad runs with him before and getting blacklisted by him for no reason. Before the run even started, this guy was already rude as hell. I didnt want any of that so I left before the run even started. Blackhealing understood why as well. This guy is just horrible to party with
1. IGN: (DWDG) 2. REASON: (Dishonest Trader/Borderline scam) 3. DETAILS: Smegad to sell my 11 attack fs for 7b straight no negotiations. DWDG messaged me and offered 10fs(5b) + 2cs/ws/bcoin. written exactly in that manner. 10fs and 2cs/ws/bcoin add up to 7b in which i accepted the offer. When DWDG came to the fm he asked me again would i like 2ws or 1cs/ws, i picked the latter, we started our trade. this is the part where i assume resposibility for not double checking what he was trading me, but he ended up trading me only the 10FS, and 1cs/1ws, without the bcoin.

Did a misunderstanding occur? Most definitely. But you literally accepted the trade. Also, if that's how you interpret 2cs/ws/bcoin, shouldn't you be expecting to receive 2 cs, 1 ws and 1 bcoin? Edit: can the trade be reverted without any issues? Absolutely, since no tax was involved. But again, you literally accepted the trade. This is on you. This is not blacklist-worthy.
As i read this, i'd personally assume he is suggesting a 2.5b value topup. 2 cs + ws + 1 bcoin (as having a slight knowledge on the market; noone in their right mind would accept a 1b topup)
What I find confusing is why he had the random ws in there as if it was equivalent to bcoin or 2cs, why would anyone pick that. Just adds more confusion but I agree the other guy shouldn't have accepted.
