Hi, let me get this straight because your post is so misleading it’s making me crazy. It seems to be 1% about the main issue in hand and 99% about roasting other people and dragging other people into this.

You think that if someone is and I quote “a good and innocent third party to this” then they won’t get involved? If you have mentioned them in your post, hell you already got them involved.

Now, back to the real problem. Correct me if I’m wrong, I have been playing for ages and when someone announces “B>helm”, I assume they are coming into my run and purely looting helms, and paying me. End of transaction.
When you say “who want to sell me auf helm, i pay you if i get 7 dex”, tell me who won’t get the wrong idea? Everyone’s first impression would be that wtf this guy won’t pay if he gets shit helms ? Who will want to sell this service?

What you are wanting to do is J>auf run and need helms, which, mind I add, is totally fine to do. What’s wrong with people wanting helms instead of nx/loots whatsoever.

When you posted on the chat B>helms, nobody was expecting you to force your way through to J>their auf and loot helms for free bro. There is a difference between “R>auf need BM, helms available” and “S>auf helm”.

Let me tell you, most people already have their fixed auf parties. They don’t need a high ranged hamstring/se mule to come and help. If there is no buyer, so be it. Same as HT, no buyer, then one of the members can loot.

As for why people are roasting you regarding this. You worded it so wrongly, this isn’t the typical buying helm services you’re looking for. Like, duh, of course people gon react.
Secondly, don’t go around saying “who wouldn’t want a 10.5k BM in their party and don’t take loots”. Get off it man that just sounds so arrogant. To me, that one sentence on its own, already showcases your immaturity.

if you were really serious about paying a large sum to loot a 7 dex helm, you would have stated your buying price beforehand instead of the "price to be discussed after or if it actually happens" shenanigans.

let's say you do happen to loot a 7 dex helm, who's to stop you from offering a ridiculously lowball-ish price (you do have a rep for doing that y'know..)? And by that time, the seller would have little to no wiggle room to contest any negotiation of the price since you ALREADY looted the helm and best part would be that he wouldn't have much to incriminate you with since no price was initially agreed upon.

Good point though I think the fundamental difference between “BM J>Auf as attacker, need helms, don’t need splits” vs. “B>Auf helms, 10.5k BM will attack and pay well if 7dex” is the mindset he’s coming in with. The former sounds appealing like dog food to dogs for recruiters whereas the latter slightly suggests that “you should appreciate me, I’m taking a loss here to join your run and taking basically no profit while also paying you $$ if I happen to get my 7dex helm”. Even though it’s a pretty bad choice of words for someone who constantly reminds random people on the internet that he studied law, imo it still doesn’t make him wrong, it just makes him a dick head.

Not to say I’m siding with KDT here since his reaction was definitely unfriendly too but isn’t personally attacking KDT and bringing up his relationship issues TOTALLY unrelated here? And the mock about how he’s 30 and unemployed, jeez, we get it, you have a job(?), so do a lot of us but we certainly don’t celebrate having one as often as you do. Everyone is probably going to be unemployed at some point, why mock it when it’s also irrelevant to the matter?

This statement is not true, although I never met him in real life nor knowing much about him. But afaik he is a student and being a part-time tuition teacher. He just never mention it frequently doesn’t mean that he is a failure as the OP mentioned.

Furthermore, after reading the entire post, I think the title is kinda misleading us because this seems like a conflict between specific persons or guild/alliance and unrelated to the community. You guys can make a group DM or whatever shit, bring it up to the public doesn’t make any of you become a hero. In the end everyone will only remember your immaturity.
