i think its fine if u guys stop voting for a few days (same number of days as she played n voted while u also voted) then wait till ur whitelist application is approved. while waiting for it to be approved tho, u can alternate vote - u vote day 1, she votes day 2, u day 3 she day 4 etc tho i wld assume a staff response would be better

Hi I have a question about voting.... I'm a Chinese player that need a VPN to see the captch. The voting is normal, before yesterday. Yesterday, an commonly used VPN nodes had been blocked by GFW...So I need to use another one.. and the Top100 give a message "You have already voted!please..." I think this time is based on GMT, right? So, I think I should vote again after 24hr. However, today, after 24hr...It also give the same message "You have already voted!please...". I don't know how to make the voting normal again....
When I try to vote on my phone it says I already voted earlier that day but i didn't so I try on my laptop and it lets me vote there. So like whats going on because I put the same info and nobody but me votes on my phone's data too.
When you vote on your mobile device. Sometimes it says it didnt work or whichever. Close that window and retry to vote. 95% of the time it works. It just has an issue with voting on the phone.
Not all IP address assigned by ISP is static Someone else may have used your phone current IP address

No need, just make sure your information is consistent and correct. You are only allowed to vote once as a person but you can choose whatever account you want to vote on for that day.
Hi there, I made another account to play on and waited to vote on ONLY that one but it keeps saying that theres no level 15 character. I tried both characters on that account that are lvl 15 and 50 and both dont come up. Can someone please help me..

For example, after creating another account, vote for that account at pc cafe or something like that. Using that NX for one's account seems to be an abuse of voting. When you ask your family to whitelist and use that NX yourself. Is this case being punished?
For your 1st scenario, creating an account to vote elsewhere such as PC cafe isn't allowed, that is vote abuse and bypassing the limit of gaining 8k NX For your 2nd scenario, you may apply a whitelist with your family members if you want their help in providing the meso/NX to you However, you are not allowed to do the following: - Share accounts such as logging into each other accounts - Vote for each other accounts - Taking over family member's account
Do i need to go to the trouble of whitelisting or disclosing my accounts? I have two different places i game from in two different zipcodes. You don't have to worry about playing the game from two different locations. Just make sure that you're only voting once per day as a player.
