Closed Blocked from connection

Hi guys! I haven't played MapleRoyals for over 2 months now.. I'm also a donor.. I genuinely dont know what i did to get banned, please help

All Your Character Names: SeekNDestroy (main), Starlightx3, HunterStar, ToxicDropp
Last thing I did: I can't remember, its been a while
Why do you think you got banned?: I genuinely have no idea.. I thought i was following all the rules.
Ban message when attempting to log in: ID Deleted or Connection Blocked
What GM banned you (optional): I'm not sure, it doesnt say.

I just wanted to play MapleRoyals again and now im banned.. I hope things can be resolved.

Thank you for responding. I do have a female Bandit lvl 30 something - i cant remember her name tho unfortunately. i really hope i can have my account back.. ive been playing this game since 2015ish.

EDIT: I believe my bandit's name is NightStarx3

I believe some time in April is the last time that I played.

 

What about the characters KayomiStar and PoisonFlame?

 

Yes i recognize those names. I deleted KayomiStar tho and i may have deleted PoisonFlame (but not 100% sure on this character)

 

May I ask why?

 

I deleted KayomiStar at the time because I was leveling up my male hermit, SeekNDestroy. I did not want to have two hermits. I also wanted to make more space for new characters. PoisonFlame, if I deleted that character, idk, i forget why.

 

Can you share with me the origin of the golden teeth you were selling back in feb?

 

I found them for an extremely cheap price in the Free Market I believe. I sold them for a lot less than they were worth since I had bought them for so cheap.

 

Can you recall how many stacks you have bought?

 

i cant recall exactly how many golden teeth i had bought... but i know it must have been under 30 zombie golden teeth (not stacks, just less than 30 or so teeth)
