Account retrieval

It's been about a year now or so ever since i've distanced myself from MapleRoyals and i've been itching for a return into the game to continue where i left off and to see how things have changed since but there's a roadblock that is preventing me to continue my journey. I don't really remember any of my personal informations to the specific account that i've been trying to recover like say login ID or PW. I don't remember the e-mail linked to the account either. The only piece of information i have is the IGN of the main character linked to the account and it's class. I don't know if it's of any help but that's the very small bit of information i hold right now. I'd like to have help from the higher ups for some guidance regarding this issue. I've tried everything but my memory is still at blank when it comes for retrieving my account. I would be grateful for any help if possible.

 

I think it's best you start over because this is relatively dangerous.... Someone could also impersonate myself and then just mention the IGN and Class in hopes of getting the account back.

Unless you have donated before, then I think you could provide the GMs your reference number of the payment. That way at least the staff could try to verify if it is your account.

hi if happen to b using the same computer as u were before, im sure it would help prove ur point abt tat being ur acc, in which case providing the ign wld b very useful

 

The IGN in question goes by ''MeanMug'' and it's not on the same PC but i still have my older PC where i used to play MapleRoyals on with my BS
