A couple of questions here, sorry if the information is out there and I overlooked it but I've read through the guides here quite comprehensively already and still want to clarify some stuff haha 1. I'm going to start adding Int after I do my 2nd job advancement, how much Int should I be looking at (base Int + equips) from lvl 31 onwards to hit 18750HP by lvl 140 (when Berserk is maxed, based on this guide http://royals.ms/forum/threads/sires-complete-mapleroyals-warrior-guide.8474/)? (slightly unrelated to HP washing but I also want to ask why is Berserk not maxed first? Seems to me it's the most useful 4th job skill for DrKs) 2. The HP washing guides here make it very clear how to calculate the HP gain from resetting, but how do we calculate the normal HP gain per level? That's what's impeding me from calculating the 18750HP in the first place. Like I said, sorry if I missed out on information available out there, and thanks for any help!
I had the same question, I could not calculate the HP increase per lvl OR the HP added from job adv. There was a thread that matt pointed out showing HP increase per lvl but I cannot seem to find it so basically this post is uesless...sorry!
I just assumed hp per level up was 40 in when I did my calculations, based on the Improved MaxHP Increase skill.
I calculated my hp gained per level and used the median number of HP gained per level. So if I gained 36-40hp per wash, i would calculate with 38. It came out almost spot on, just a few HP's higher.
I asked around on this when I was starting up my spearman, and normal HP at 120 is mid 9ks. 20 additional levels is low 10ks, meaning you'll want to wash yourself through an extra 9k HP or so. 9000 HP / 52 HP per wash = 173 washes. 173 washes @ 4mp each = 692 MP If you had 60 int (between base and equips) by level 30 you would be able to hit 19k at 140. That's actually an overestimate, because you'll get some washes naturally from your job advances, and I used slightly lower than average numbers for the HP you have(10k vs 10.xk), the HP per wash (52 rather than 52.5), and a higher number (19k vs 18750) for the goal. You can probably get away just fine with 40 or 50, and even if you dont hit 18750 @ 140, you'll hit it soon after. Just keep in mind that MP gains always round down, so having 69 int is the same as having 60.
Wow thank you so much @jmmainvi I really appreciate that response, it's exactly what I was looking for hope this helps out the others in this thread who had similar queries
Oh yes one more question, is there any difference to your eventual HP if you were to use AP resets every level up from MP to HP, or if you were to just train with Int equips and use AP resets at a high level in one shot?
If your asking if you can hoard up extra MP and use resets later on, you can. There's no difference in the amount of HP you'll potentially gain whether you wash immediately or stock up and wash later.
I'm not sure if you're asking "does it matter what level I do the washes at; little by little or all at a high level" or if you're asking "can I use point cycling method or do I need to use fresh AP method?" For warriors there is no difference that I'm aware of, so it won't matter either way.
Convoluted phrasing sorry haha, but yes I'm asking what @Plenty's saying, and what @jmmainvi said first.
