New world! I think it’s a great idea, here’s why:

Yo guys do you think a new world will be good? Think about all the new players who can join the game, with good advertising there could be thousands of new players. I feel like 95% of the new players quit before level 70 because every player on their level is either a bishop or a fed mule for pq, which makes the game unplayable almost for new players, there are not enough people in low level pqs and the nostalgic “fight for your life” in cpq and other pqs is not kicking in because you just see a lvl 50 mule gets 2k points on cpq and wintrading/leeching all the time while new players doesn’t have to do anything or even feel they play the game. A new world will start the grind again and new players will have a chance to be actually even with the pros around here.
another reason is the fact that a lot
of the player base right now already has the best items and well fed which probably makes the game really boring at some point because they are just grinding for nothing.
The only cons I can see is that it will divide the player base but considering a lot of new players will join, it should be fine.

It’s just the fact you don’t feel the most or maple story anymore, I could literally play in any other low version servers and have the same amount of nostalgic feeling because it’s like playing alone while everyone is strong af .
Try to make a new account for without getting help by items or mesos, or transferring anything to this character. It’s unplayable, and that’s why the player base is getting lowered, some people quit because they are playing for years and getting bored while having everything In the game and new players can’t keep up without at least few billions for the beginning and they just quit for a good reason, it’s unplayable.

 

dear friend, don't just look for training and training, there are other outlets if you want to level, I do it by doing quests, and if you have problems finding answers for one or the other, google the name of the quest + Maplestory and that's it, guaranteed adventure!
