Currently, my level is 75 and willing to buy some leech. Which leech is better to buy? WS or Ulu +) Is it worth to buy leech? If so, how much exp do you gain approximately per hour at my level?
This is the formula to determine how much XP you'll get per monster: Monster XP * (0.4 * Player level / Total party level) * 150% (Only if you have maxed Holy Symbol) Leech is worth buying if you have the money because it's much faster than regular grinding and the best part about it is you don't have to do a thing. At level 75, you won't be able to leech off anything at Ulu City. The lowest level monsters in Ulu City is 85 (Berserkie) and even then at level 80, Wolf Spiders is still slightly better in terms of XP/Hour. As for how much you'll gain an hour, it depends on the level of your leecher and his/her knowledge of optimal positioning at Wolf Spiders, but expect around 3.5 levels an hour at 75 and around 2.5 at 80-85.
That formula seems off or I have bad math (I have terrible math) If I have a level 60 leecher and a 165 bishop with max HS obviously, how much experience is my leecher supposed to get at GS2? Slimy have 1000 experience. My bad math says 160... Halp.
Do not be one of those people who sit around until they scrape together the money for leech. Play the game.
Woops. Multiply the result by two and you have your number. Sorry for the misleading equation. Gonna go edit my guide formula now... Another way of approaching this equation is by multiplying the monster's base XP by 1.2, multiply that by the leecher's level and divide by the party total. It looks like this: (Monster XP * 1.2 * Leecher Level) / (Party Total Level) If you don't have Holy Symbol, take away the 1.2.
