Solved [Solution Given] unable log into logging screen

    can not log into game

    Date and Time when issue(s) occurred (GMT):
    around GMT+2, 1 to 1 : 30 pm

    Details of the issue:
    cannot log into login screen


    What error code were you given(if any):
    The code excution cannot procced because ijl15.dll not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problemm
    tryed reinstall and download again from mapleroyal download page and not helped.

    I'm also doing this, tried several mirrors and getting the same issue
    happened after I disconnected once, now cannot start the game at all

    That error message is likely due to the file being quarantined by the anti virus

    Have you set an exception for Royals in your anti virus settings?
