Fixed Drain/Energy Blast bug

So I went to Japan after APQ and somehow I was able to use Drain/Energy Blast without having full energy, weird enough they hit the enemy but they don't deal any amount of damage (as seen on the video), mobs even chase me like if I hurt them, but their HP remains the same.
Tried RC still it kept happenning.
At full energy they were taking damage as usual, but having no energy and being able to use this skill is pretty weird.

Update: asked a couple buccs and they said it's bugged, skill is usable without the bubble/full energy, still it doesn't deal damage.

 

skills also insta dc u depending on the map (?) ive taken both skills off to avoid accidental dc

I never dcd at Zakun or APQ and now I do, it's weird and it's not something that used to happen to me tho

 

Our devs are aware of it and might have a fix. It will take some more testing on our end.
