not Nany god here but I don’t think you could solo Shao. And for party, the thing you could do to prevent dying is constantly get body hit by illusion to avoid the 11k magic / ranged skill.
Hello fellow BMs, with the latest patch v75, Soul Arrow mechanic has been reverted to pre-73.3 with the difference of larger arrow stacks and ATK bonus. Here's the values (under perfect environment) regarding consumption for Red / Diamond arrows when spamming Hurricane: Spoiler I have not tested this in detail, but Soul Arrow skill might be applying +0 ATK, even though the basic arrow is +1. I will reconfirm this at a later date, but my guess is most players won't notice or care about this anyway? So comparing v73.3 and v75, For old arrow users, back to old days of arrows usage with perks in inventory management and damage bonus. For new arrow users from v73.3, readjust your inventory setup and take into account of your consumption cost accordingly. For non-arrow users, back to old status quo as if nothing is changed at all. For those who might still be unclear how the old Soul Arrow works, refer to this post that I'll shamelessly link to.
For solos a BM/MM can manipulate Verga very well. Let me explain. For phase 1 normally you would stand at the top of the crane, you would jump to dodge laser and tank the missiles. This requires you to reposition every time you jump. By puppeting behind vergas 2nd leg, he will never red laser, we then stand behind the chain and none of Verga's other attacks will hit us. Puppet will tank touch damage and will die often, so to make this smooth I mount, walk >, dismount, puppet behind his leg, and then walk right until I get teleported to the chain, then go behind the chain and attack. This lets you afk for about 20 seconds at a time. If someone finds a way to get puppet behind verga without tanking touch damage this method would be busted, maybe you can use his spawns but I think its tricky. Normally for phase two if you stand at the top of the crane, you will never have to worry about red laser regardless of your class, but will still get hit by missiles and have to reposition. By puppeting behind us, none of Verga's attacks will ever hit us. Puppet lasts much much longer during this phase, allowing us to afk for 1~ minute each cast. Phase 3 is already completely afk but with puppet, if you cast it directly on Verga he will self destruct, allowing you to completely bypass phase 3. Good luck. Edit: After soloing verga more after this post, I've stopped bothering with this method for phase 1, maybe if they let you use mounts or increased puppets defense or health. Phase 3 is already completely afk without puppet, just tank touch damage for the first phase, could also work if someone figures out a puppet placement that doesn't have to tank touch damage at all too.
I wouldn't publish these videos because of my laziness of organizing them. But here they are if anyone is interested.
bro will you panik at 3k hp? cos u need to tank hits from auf and from my experience it will take at least 9khit so if 12k-9k= 3khp prob posible to go auf but you just need to relax when sed cos sed is 10sec so u need to be able to tank it for 10sec just pray to the miss
Yes, but I don't like putting puppet on the left, This will make Master Gawyllacs try to go left. Although Master Gawyllacs will not carry out any attacks, But if damage too low will be difficult to pin. I recommend placing puppet on the right (Use portals to go bottom puppet, back top) If I put puppet on the right Master Gawyllacs will keep hovering to the right. I can even leave briefly to use SE buff for others and come back(As long as no one other than me attacks him during this time) And you can do it before the boss is shown out, Use puppet between the two chairs on the right When Boss come out Master Gawyllacs will immediately use dispel on puppet Doing this will restrict Master Gawyllacs from walking a certain distance before using dispel, and puppet will take the dispel for everyone ※ The dispel has a range. Still need to stay away Archers seem to switch from attacking Margana to Master Gawyllacs.
Put puppet behind you like this and Nibergan only has one attack, this missile strike shown here, he loses all other moves except weapon cancel and maybe his mob spawn from my testing so far. This move will never hit you as long as puppet is up. #supportclass
Ehhhhh, when I originally tested this, it was because my partner had d/ced in p3. As it turns out, this seems to only work in p3. However, since Verga changes its interaction with puppet between phase 1 and phase 2, there might still be a way to exploit puppet in other phases. What I mean by this is that if you stand up top during Verga p1, you will get hit by red laser. If you puppet behind yourself during p1 verga, you will still get hit during red laser. P2 however, if you puppet behind yourself, you avoid red laser, if you don't puppet you do get hit. So there might be a way to get this to work for other phases in Nib, but I did make a mistake and jump to conclusions by thinking it worked on all phases.
The only way to stop Nibergen from doing anything is to place the puppet on the right half of Nibergen. Since puppet has 20k HP, have 20~25 seconds to attack. But I'm not sure if this would be better. Because since the last solo Nibergen I did 2hr without any mule... Placed to the left of the pink dotted line will work. Blue area looks like it won't take any damage there but despite my speed jump MAX still can't place the puppet there.
I will break it down by phase. I was right in saying that Nibergan is like Verga in that each phase he treats puppet differently. In phase 1 just like Verga, it is the hardest phase, after each phase he starts to respect puppet more. Phase 1 We put puppet on the melee platform, we do this because it adds two weapons to Nibergans arsenal, the Purple Beam and the Green Beam. We want this because these attacks will not hit us, without puppet he will spam Big Bomb, Dots and some other bullshit, these knock us back and make it harder on us. (You don't even have to move to place puppet, you can stand where I am in the video and Puppet and he will use his Beams attack, Puppet does not have to be in melee range of Nibergan.) Phase 2 In this phase Nibergan starts to respect puppet much more, we can now place puppet behind us and this will force Nibgergan to two attacks, Dots and Missiles. This is great for us, Missiles will never hit us, however Dots will knock us back. To counter this, I suggest keeping mules in the back and moving up close to Nibergan, this will give you a lot of time before you have to readjust your position. Since Nibergan Weapon Cancels around every 30 seconds, by the time he knocks you back you can CR on your mule and move up close again before he knocks you back to your mules. (Don't readjust your position so often like I did in this video. Leave your mule in the back, go to him when you need cr, then move up near melee range and let Nibergan knock you back into the mule. Give yourself CR and repeat.) Phase 3 The afk phase, by puppeting behind us just like in Phase 2, this will again limit Nibergan's attacks. However, this time Nibergan will NOT SHOOT DOTS, he is forced to only use missiles, and just like Phase 2, we will never get hit by them. (Almost as afk as P3 Verga, but you must puppet once every 60 seconds and CR.)
