Kinda amazed nobody decided to make one yet as it's been out for almost a year now. I've decided to write a simple guide for the pre quests to reach certain mobs for LHC/LKC parties. No more guessing however many etcs is needed to reach Bearwolves and then accidentally buying too many! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Adventure of Jenn the Locksmith (lightbulb quest) Location: Lion King's Castle First Tower Requirements: Level 135+ Jenn's Brother Location: Lion King's Castle First Tower Requirements: kill 4 Red Crocky guards time limit 1 hour You cannot party up, you have to do this quest solo. This quest is essential to check your character's solo DPM/DPS rank to see if you can keep up with the other players when finding a daily LHC party or attempting to kill Von Leon! Click on Jenn's Brother NPC once you are finished killing the Red Crocky guards. Leave the map and talk to Jenn. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key to the First Tower Location: Lion King's Castle First Tower Requirements: 20 Crocky's Helmet Jenn wants you to gather 20 Crocky's Helmets from the next section. You can either buy these items in the Free Market, or you can solo / recruit a party to kill Crocky's to get the etc items. After you're done hand that quest in and move onto the next one. Spoiler: Bonus Quest: Bonus Quest: Knight of the Lion King (lightbulb) Location: Lion King's Castle Fourth Tower Requirements: Pops up when you enter Under the Castle Walls 2 map, and wants you to head to the Fourth Tower. (Save this quest for later) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Storming the First Gate Location: Lion King's Castle Second Tower Requirements: Kill Ani (tower boss) You can have friends or other players help you kill this boss. Jenn will give you a key in your etc tab called Key to the First Tower. You must go to the very top of the map and go through the top left portal to reach Ani, the first tower boss. After Ani is defeated return back to Lion King's Castle First Tower and hand in the quest to move onto the next tower. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key to the Second Tower Location: Lion King's Castle First Tower Requirements: 25 Reindeer's Spear Jenn wants you to gather 25 Reindeer Spears from the next section. You can either buy these items in the Free Market, or you can solo / recruit a party to kill Reindeers to get the etc items. After you're done hand that quest in and move onto the next one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Storming the Second Gate Location: Lion King's Castle First Tower Requirements: Kill Rani (tower boss) You can have friends or other players help you kill this boss. Jenn will give you a key in your etc tab called Key to the Second Tower. You must go to the very top of the map and go through the top left portal to reach Rani, the second tower boss. After Rani is defeated return back to Lion King's Castle First Tower and hand in the quest to move onto the next tower. Spoiler: Bonus Quest: Bonus Quest: Murt's Letter Requirements: Enter Lion King's Castle Second Tower Hand in this letter to Alcaster back at El Nath. After talking to Alcaster he will have another quest for you called Alcaster's Crystal. He will give you a use item called Alcaster's Crystal. You need to go back to the Second Tower and then double-click this Crystal near Murt to complete the quest. Now you have access to the LHC Totem Gachapon! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key to the Third Tower Location: Lion King's Castle First Tower Requirements: 20 Bearwolf's Morning Star Jenn wants you to gather 20 Bearwolf Morning Stars from the next section. You can either buy these items in the Free Market, or you can solo / recruit a party to kill Bearwolves to get the etc items. Storming the Third Gate Location: Lion King's Castle First Tower Requirements: Kill Elder Ani (tower boss) You can have friends or other players help you kill this boss. Jenn will give you a key in your etc tab called Key to the Third Tower. You must go to the very top of the map and go through the top left portal to reach Rani, the third tower boss. After Elder Ani is defeated return back to Lion King's Castle First Tower and hand in the quest to move onto the next tower. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key to the Fourth Tower Location: Lion King's Castle First Tower Requirements: Castle Golem Brick 25 Jenn wants you to gather 25 Castle Golem Bricks from the next section. You can either buy these items in the Free Market, or you can solo / recruit a party to kill Castle Golems to get the etc items. After you're done hand that quest in and move onto the next one. Storming the Fourth Gate Location: Lion King's Castle First Tower Requirements: Kill 5 Elite Prison Guard Boars and 5 Elite Prison Guard Rhinos Jenn will give you a key in your etc tab called Key to the Fourth Tower. You must go to the very top of the map and go through the top left portal to reach the gang of Prison Guards. After they are defeated return back to Lion King's Castle First Tower and hand in the quest. That's all of the Lion Heart Castle Pre's done for LHC runs! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Weeping Queen Location: Lion King's Castle Roof of the Fifth Tower Requirements: Level 148+ This quest will appear the second you enter any of the Tower maps. It will not be completed until a little bit later. The quest appears as a Lightbulb around level 148. Ifia will speak to you and ask you to meet her at the Roof of the Fifth Tower. —---------------------------------------------------- The Mistrustful King Location: Lion King's Castle Roof of the Fifth Tower Ifia asks you to go seek out Von Leon and to try to speak to him for her, since she cannot because you know, she’s dead and not answering her whenever she tries to reach out. Understandably so, when you do go over to Von Leon to tell him, he says you’re lying to him and doesn’t really care about whatever it is you have to say. —---------------------------------------------------- Key to the Rose Garden Location: Lion King's Castle Roof of the Fifth Tower Requirements: Find the Key to the Rose Garden from Grey Vultures You leave the Audience Room and return to Ifia and she asks you how it went, letting her know she mentions the Rose Garden but she’s missing the key to it and hints that some big flying birds nearby might have the key. After finding the key Ifia will tell you a touching story about how kind and gentle the King used to be. —---------------------------------------------------- The Deluded King Location: Lion King's Castle Roof of the Fifth Tower Ifia will give you a Flower Book full of memories of her and Von Leon and urges you to bring it to him so he can believe you. Except he doesn’t. He hates you and is tired of seeing you popping up every so often. —---------------------------------------------------- Why Did the King Change? Location: Lion King's Castle Roof of the Fifth Tower Ifia is saddened to hear the Flower Book didn’t work, she retells some of the horrible events that had happened in the Castle, and then mentions maybe another Knight might know more about what to do… Head on over to the Fourth Tower and talk to Luden for the next quest. —---------------------------------------------------- A Frozen Heart Location: Lion King's Castle Fourth Tower Luden suggests finding proof by hunting nearby monsters to find 10 Alliance Badges. Monsters that drop the Badges: Grey Vultures, Castle Golems, and Bearwolves. After handing in the Badges to Luden head back to Ifia. —---------------------------------------------------- Is There Any Hope? Location: Lion King's Castle Roof of the Fifth Tower Ifia asked if you found anyone else, so you tell her what Luden said and she finally put the pieces together as to what happened to make the King change into what he is today. She also mentions a secret passage in the Castle that Luden doesn’t know about… She then asks you if you could accompany her to visit the King. This is a solo Escort quest. Do not allow the monsters to hit Ifia or else you will have to reset and try again. You have to clear all monsters before proceeding and you must do it within the time limit. Talk to Von Leon and he will give you a pendant to give to Ifia, he’s kept it with him this entire time but he feels like he doesn’t deserve to keep it anymore and would want her to have it instead. —---------------------------------------------------- Knight of the Lion King Location: Lion King’s Castle Fifth Tower Requirements: Level 175+ Leaving the Roof of the Fifth Tower a lightbulb will appear from Luden asking for help in defeating Von Leon– begging somebody to help stop the Lion King. Go back to the Fourth Tower and talk to Luden. —---------------------------------------------------- The Transformed King Location: Lion King’s Castle Fourth Tower Luden tells you that in order to get to the Audience Room you’re gonna have to prove your strength and he asks you to take out 100 Grey Vultures. —---------------------------------------------------- The Knight’s Magic Scroll Location: Lion King’s Castle Fourth Tower Luden tells you about the Knight’s Magic Scroll, and that you’re gonna need one to gain entrance to the Audience Room on your own without the help of Ifia. He mentions that some of the other Knights have turned into Castle Golems and they might still have their Knight’s Magic Scroll(s) on them… Time to start hunting! —---------------------------------------------------- Defeat the Lion King Location: Lion King’s Castle Fourth Tower This is it, the moment you’ve all been waiting for! Time to defeat Von Leon! Use the Knight’s Magic Scroll to gain access to the expedition room and make sure you have a big party ready to fight the Lion King. ~Updated~
I've always made guides even before I joined Staff I figured nobody made one about LHC pre-quests yet and I have lots of people interested in how to get to Bearwolves whenever I recruit for my runs after reset daily. I promise this isn't an easter egg lol

I really don't know what I have to do in the first part I have used 20 stoppers and 2 onyx apples and I don't see its life (it seems to have infinite life) when the counter reaches 10 minutes I give up so that no mob dies I've seen a youtube gms nexon video and you can see the life of the mob I'm doing something wrong because I'm stressed not advancing the first part
I did on my bm with 4500 range and it took me 30mins. I think they have around 30m hp ea. Doing hurricane not focus on just 1 mobs but killing all 6 at the same time, so when the first one dies u know u almost done.
They have quite some HP. as 200 sair with SE SI ECHO MW20 and sometimes onyx they still took me an eternity, feeling wise.. i added screenshots of the monster book for elemental weaknesses. @Becca Maybe add this to the Guide as it's quite important, especially for lower level characters?
Idk when I can get around to it but I’ll definitely add in weakness later. I’ll even add a basic LHC (bears/reindeer) party etiquette guide as well. I think I might make a new guide dedicated to LHCing in general as this is just a pre-quest guide to get to where you want to do your LHC grinding at. (in a nutshell: always use heartstopper unless it’s an apple run, don’t use rage if you are a hero, some people break at 30min for a couple min + echo, summoned mobs for bm/mm interfere with rushing mobs to the middle, let warriors and buccs rush everything from left/right, buccs can’t mount up during super transformation so shadowers need to haste once per minute (stopper wipes haste off because it gives speed) etc etc. I'll make a more fleshed out one sometime in the near future when I can find the time to sit down and write it out.) I’ve had a few bad runs, but my number one worst one was a hero (won’t be named) who kept wiping everyone’s apple/stopper with rage for like 30-40min even with everyone kinda getting mad towards the 20min mark lol, and then during the break when we tried to explain it to him he was wiping all of our attack potion buffs said he needed rage for attack… wasn’t even using stoppers despite the smegas all saying stopper run and he even said yes when we asked if everybody had stoppers…
Knowing that first quest is to test how strong u are to enter the castle but i wish it can be done by party
this is incredible has the life of a boss being a mob the guide should be directed in parties and not in alone i have poor damage 2k 2.5k not even using 20 stopper and 2 onyx apple has killed him with reason the stressed mobs did not die
The red crocky solo portion is a damage check for players that has to be done solo in order to make sure they can keep up with the rest of the party for LHC grinding If you are unable to kill the red crockys then you would be unable to keep up with the party and will need to get better gear. I've recruited a ton of randoms and I'd say all of them were at least over 4-5k range. having 2.5k range at level 144 sounds very difficult.

Yeah! I think there's another map elsewhere that allows you to go in and solo the bears for their drops but it's best to just ask alliance/guild/friends if you don't want to spend the time doing so. Some people do sell them but since it's a popular spot they're usually around 500k ea or something. I host daily BW LHCs but I take weekday breaks during exp bonus, we usually do apple runs you're more than welcome to tag along this coming thurs/fri
Is this your first char? I see you joined the forum in 2020, 2.7k as BM is actually impressively low, but I mean no harm. I suggest you pursue a 15wa glove, 5wa fs, 10wa bfc, 125+ bow, and overalls with at least 40 dex. I could be misremembering from when I was a lvl 144 but LHC as a bm is very hard to contribute to, we are a very weak aoe class. You almost have enough hp for shao, do it everyday religiously. Edit: Also make sure to do pap / chao daily, they are very easy for BM with puppet, just look at the bm guide on here. Stack the nx and gl.
