i feel that with how i missed my answer by seconds haha

 

A suggestion I thought of for the third stage -

If someone gives an invalid answer, and then the next person goes, the person that gave the invalid answer gets saved, and we just keep going through the line giving answers. This is something I can see people not liking because they'll say "well if they got the answer wrong then they should be eliminated" which obviously makes sense but think about what this rule would do. It would slow things down and keep people in order. It would also then require people to look at others answers more closely, which I think is a plus. If someone misspelt this time, then other people would just keep going sometimes 2 people at once and even though you're allowed time to correct your error, you don't get the urge to. But most importantly it would stop people from going 2 at a time or instantly after the person ahead of them goes, since you'd first have to make sure the person before you had a correct answer. Idk, what do other ppl think?

 

1. 1. Can't say much. It's pretty much a typing game Despite joining in at the 3rd round of stage 1, I managed to get in quickly XD.
2. 2. I had some problems, and honestly if I didn't make that mistake, me and my friend that teamed up would've gotten 4th and 5th place. I submitted the item after getting the right one and got 11th place. And to be truthful, if it weren't for my Maple Knowledge I wouldn't have gotten my potential 4th place. And I would say, this time the management was so much better ^^.
3. This stage was fun. And honestly it's definitely a 100% improvement with the T/F from last season. People kept screwing up despite the fact that the front gets advantages. I was in 2nd last place and only managed to answer the trivia once. #Grupin
4. I can't say much about JQ. I had a chance because I was patience & got lucky ^^ as nerve wrecking as it was. Hint: Practice is the Key to JQ

Overall it was fun! I have to say this time around it was much more organized and has improved by a whopping 200%.
Also I am very grateful for those that spared the time to organize the tournament and giving out free stuff ^^
And those who participated to make the game even more trilling!

 

Pretty sure that the "next person who gave an invalid answer gets saved" was already a thing. The only thing was that we just moved on to a new topic and start form the beginning again.

And I disagree with the fact that they shouldn't get the chance to correct their spelling error.
Some people may have accidentally missed a letter and they would probably quickly correct it. If that were to be my case, I would have corrected myself.

 

Salty or not, I am allowed to say what I thought about this event just as much as you.

 

Don't think you understand my suggestion. I'm saying that if one person gives an invalid answer (typo or w/e), and then the next person answers, the first person isn't eliminated. They are saved because they next person answered, and so the game continues. That way everyone would have to wait and look at the answer before them, before they answer. So there isn't a bunch of people answering at once out of order.

This is a computer game, not life, no need to get nasty.

Extends rounds
Keeps people in order
Requires more attentiveness to previous answers
Slows it down a bit, to make you feel a little less rushed while answering

Cons:
People that give wrong answers wouldn't get eliminated sometimes if the next person isn't paying attention

Idk seems worth to me.

Making the level requirement 70 sounds like a great idea! Since it would remove most of the problems and unfairness in level-difference! I think that it would also motivate players to reach high enough level to participate! Especially if this event gets even bigger I hope you didn't take my comment as "hate", like others did, apparently.

There is always room for improvement right? To improve we need to know where to start, and people need to feel like they can be honest with their opinions. So that's where I started.

 

Mine was full-out embarassing though!

I was second in line and Eli said 'Grupin'. I had already typed in 'Grupin' before Eli said it and I just pressed enter without thinking.

--> Dumbest loss ever.

 

I felt like I was in Wacky Races lmao made me look at maple a completely different way than usual and it was fun. Count me in next season

I myself enjoy the idea of 100 fames as a prize. Seems like it could be something that is fairly difficult to organize.

(Read first post for full information)

- Updated Winners of Season 2 & Participators (the spoilers have been messed up, I've been trying to play around in attempts to fix it and still couldn't ) A little help maybe? @Chokladkakan

- Updated Recommended Level to participate from Level 50 to Level 70

- Range of Areas for Scavenger Hunt modified and now restricted to Level 70 and below Monsters (Instead of removing certain areas entirely such as beyond Sharp Cliff or Path of Time)

- Updated FAQ to include a part on winning multiple times (@Narutard )

The general structure of the Tournament would remain the same (Level 1 Trivia > Level 2 Scavenger > Level 3 Categories > Level 4 JQ) as it worked well last season. We'll also be using the Breath of Lava JQ for Level 4 once more.

Got it! I've actually seen those posts before but never really thought much about the BB Code Editor. Turns out it works out very well and i see the main issue is with the COLOR Code tag getting opened outside of a spoiler and closed inside. Managed to fix the first post, thanks a lot!

Update: Season 3 Meeting Location will be at Channel 2 Free Market Room 2 instead as Channel 4 is currently broken (unable to see smegas) and that would affect the Scavenger portion of the Tournament. Meeting Time would remains as 16:00 GMT (45 minutes to Tournament as of this Update)
