Does anyone know if this server will ever get Pink Bean?

There was 22-24k dmg and one special 1/1 no 28k one...neverthe less a 24k dmg pb with some kond of pots exclusively for drks would be the best...that thing of heavily nerfing dmg just for drks isnt a good thing imo

 

The damage that you take during the fight is not the issue. It could do no damage to you the entire fight and you still wouldnt down the boss. The only important factor is the 60 minutes you have to defeat the boss. The fact the fight also does a ton of damage is just icing on the cake. You must down 4 statues who all have mechanics you must follow or die before you even get the chance to attack pb. And by the time youve done that youre usually looking at 30-35 minutes remaining in tbe fight. Then you must deal with the actual hard part of constant seducing, zombifying, entire map sized knockbacks and the realization you gotta do 2.1 billion damage to the little shit before time runs out with all that factored in. When i ran it prebb pre potential we never even made it past the 2nd statue. I remember we ran with 7 whales who all collectively had spent 10s of thousands of dollars on their character's. Were talking gear power close to what youd find here in several characters. I know many of them had perfect weapons and very well scrolled attack gear. It wasnt until after potential came around and i had quit did my server end up downing pb.

With all that said my opinion that the fight doesnt get changed, remains the same. It should remain almost impossible to fight. If theres anything ive noticed since i first chimed in on this topic, its that royals has added quite a bit of content that was not available on gms with some of it giving us slightly stronger items than we had at the time on gms and id say were closer to being able to down it today than we were a year ago.

 

Well Pink Bean has an attack that:
-hits 18k dmg ranged damage that can be outranged by ranged classes that pushes you back
-11k somewhat unavoidable ranged attack that sometimes stuns.
-Another 11k attack that seduces which can be easily avoided if you're not stunned by the above
-25k touch damage
-a damage reflect that hits over the hp cap (I think it does the amount of damage it reflected changed when the big bang patch hit)

The problem I see with actually downing Pink Bean on this server isn't the amount of dmg he hits but how much he stalls with damage reflect spamming and not accidentally killing yourself on it. Warriors will also need to have a lot of accuracy for it too, I think around 200-ish if I remember correctly. So that's going to be slightly less damage on their part

 

sure it will get adjusted for royals like all other content we got ,royal team wont just blindly copy-paste a unkillable hit box with insane hits and to short time ( at least i hope they don't lol )

but i also hope it come with stabel client,killcount only if you finish the boss and get exp/reward,working mechanics, hard team work( 5-6 full partys with job variation and no mules-multiclienting available )... and few other things that will bring the true boss raid experience and challenge
that i think is most important for a endgame boss like PB

 

As much as i’d feel that eventually they will release it.
With the insane amount of hackers in the game, i highly doubt pink bean will be released anytime in the year, with our developers prioritising anti hack to counter against them.
Probably the server economy will be ruined into trash if they develop that content now anyway.

Out of curiosity, you mean that PB is more "prone" to hackers or that it's just not in their priorities right now? If it's the former, is there a special reason for it?

 

PB is very difficult and need something like a 30 man group to try to beat it, hackers could just exploit it and flood the market with things like MW30 and reverse/timeless gear making running the boss worthless. Also if the reverse/timeless items are released and flooded to the market by hackers it will destroy the value of the current perfect weapons

Besides the hacker situation (although I don't see many these days), there is a tricky/complicated bug in both PB and VL that requires time and effort to fix hence the delay.

 

pinkbean is not such an easy boss and large parties are required to kill him

here you must have perfect equipment

You must also have good reflexes to learn attack pedestrians

in another neighboring server playing with the Mercedes class in a party of 5 we beat him and the fight lasted 30 minutes

it hurts to lose the image of the memory

 

I just learned Pink bean doesnt exist by reading this thread. Honestly, when I joined today I thought this server already has pink bean, as its a very simple boss to have. Not having pink bean is definitely disappointing, but at the same time, I can tell why, especially the bug and the hackers issues.

I hope one day maybe. This server is damn huge, and to not have pink bean is quite sad on a server like this.
