    The wait time for an Admin can take awhile because they have so many other sections to cover too (character issues, donator issues, name changes, forum name changes, lost account info, etc) :( There's nothing more we (the rest of Staff) can do as we don't have access to Admin-sided threads. They will get around to it whenever they can please keep in mind we only have 2 Admins.

    they are replying to post that people create few hours ago meanwhile mine is a week ago, how does it make sense

    This is not entirely true. There is a queue that is followed, and admins will ask for certain information from posts depending on their importance ahead of earlier posts, if necessary (such as critical bugs, combatting misinformation, etc.) We appreciate your patience, as the only thing you can do now is wait.
