Were the White Scrolls in your storage or inventory while you were scrolling the BFC?

If they were in your inventory, did you scroll the BFC with the Legendary Spirit skill?

 

I'm sorry for the delay in responding and getting you a decision on this matter.

We have spent some time to do a thorough investigation to try to understand where the scrolls went to, as well as testing for issues ourselves and checking the code for potential problems. Unfortunately we simply cannot recreate any scenario which would cause such items to disappear from your storage, this coupled with the fact we have not had any other reports of non-cash items disappearing from storage leads us to strongly believe there is not an issue with the storage system. We also checked your account for suspicious logins and could not see any, therefore the only solutions which make sense at this time would be that they were accidentally consumed or traded to another account. As much as we sympathise with you on this issue, refunding you for these scrolls would essentially show us as admitting fault that there might be an issue when in actual fact we are confident there is none, and would set a precedence for other players to be refunded for items which they claim have disappeared from storage in future. With all this in mind, our decision on this is to not refund the items. However, if it later turns out that there was an issue with storage, we would be happy to reconsider.
