Closed All of my equipped items gone

    Hi I logged onto my character after a few years of not playing and all of the equipped items i had on it were gone and the items i had in my equip slot were all showing no stats and 0 avaiable scroll slots for some reason. the character name is Lightraiser, thanks in advance

    That looks like your account have been hacked

    Would recommend setting a strong password/PIC/PIN that you do not use for any other online services such as other private servers

    that doesn't make sense. the same character has all the other items and mesos and whatnot in it, and the other characters in the same account are left untouched.

    Have requested Staff to shift this to Character Issues, you may confirm with them if they are able to look into your account history as this doesn't look like a case of corrupted character/account to me

    It does look like your account could've been one of those that were targeted during the credential stuffing attack. We've noticed weird patterns like this one whereas some items were untouched but others not so much, etc.

    I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, however, we cannot refund any of the items that were lost as we were told to issue that statement from the Admins to the players.

    I will forward this information over for the Admins to do an investigation though, I will not be able to reveal what they will check for as this is a public Forum and we have RWT/Hacker lurkers here, unfortunately.

    I truly am sorry this incident had targeted you deeply.

    Yes you should be able to, but I will ask you to please change your account information (PIN,PIC, Password) to avoid this incident from happening again. :'( You playing on your account will not harm the investigation as far as I am aware. :)
