Hello your accounts are not banned but you are connecting from a banned IP address. Please restart your router, or ask your ISP provider for a new IP, or get a private VPN!
I already tried troubleshooting it this way - restarted the router and even checked on ipchicken.com that my IP has changed before writing the appeal. Didn't help. I did the same process right now after your comment and still can't seem to log in (with the same message still). Isn't there anything that can be done?
Have you tried VPN? that should change your IP for sure restarting the router doesn't guarantee an IP change. you can try to turn it off for a day and then turn it back on (depends on your ISP)
