Hi, my main character's name (IGN) is SeekNDestroy, which is where I bought 9 AP resets and could NOT trade or even drop them. I tried putting them back in the cash shop buy double clicking from my inventory. Then, I reloaded Mapleroyals and the AP resets had disappeared from my Cash Shop inventory. So I basically lost 27,900 NX. Matt, the administrator, told me to post the issue on this thread and that he would refund me the lost NX Cash. Also, I'm wondering is the issue fixed on my character, so I can buy/trade AP resets again? Thanks!
The bug of NX items being stuck or disappearing can happen to any of the NX items You can still trade new APRs, but the ones (9 x APRs) that disappeared due to bug would require Admin verification before they provide you a refund

Yea, the Admins (Matt/Tim) would provide a refund upon confirming the bugged APRs The refund isn't immediate Hope this clarify your doubts
