Closed Black Cardigan NX disappeared

I had a black cardigan NX item in my NL's inventory (ign FrozenUp), was trying to trade with ign EpicHero, it kept saying trade unsuccessful. Thought it was me having too much mesos in inventory at first but on second trade it said same thing, and then when I tried dropping it nothing happened. I could drop my black beret but not the black cardigan. I moved the item to cs to see if I could get another character on same account to trade or drop it, but when I logged onto the other character it was gone from cs. Logged back on my NL to see if it was visible there but it is completely gone from inventory and cs now. First pic is servertime of the issue with my cursor hovering over where the item was in my inventory. Second pic is the item not showing up in my cs inventory.
