IGN: Naigggg Problem: I dropped the quest items and now I am unable to obtain them again Details: The quest name is "The welcome ritual" in Thailand. The quest ask the player to talk to different NPCs to obtain the items. I thought this two items(strange flower and banana leaf) was finished so I dropped it and now I can't finish the quest.
This will require a refund from one of our GMs. Will look into developing quests so that GM intervention won't be needed in the future. What are your typical playing times so that we can try and get the items to you?
So around after reset... You can try to pm GMs in game to see if they are online: https://royals.ms/forum/members/?type=staff If you cannot find a GM by the next patch, there will be new quests available which will fix this issue.
