Hi there! I'm not seeing any bans on both accounts, or an IP ban. I'm unsure why you are getting this ban message. Do you have anymore IGNs that you haven't listed in your Appeal? Please disregard that, I've seen your brother's Ban Appeal just now. We will have to wait for an Admin to look into this. We need players to submit their information for the voting whitelist before they get banned otherwise we cannot lift it. But nonetheless I've passed over both Appeals to the Admins for a further investigation.
you're unable to connect because you have too many artificial MAC addresses, try disabling some of them and connect again regarding your vote abuse, make sure you only vote once per day per household until your application has been accepted
