Umm that would be a problem because i haven't REALLY played in at least a year or even two. When i logged in it was for a few minutes to say hello or so. Therefore i don't remember my characters’ names. i can tell you my accounts’ names in private if you want tho.

im sure i was hacked now. can you please track the weapon and see where it went while i got hacked? and can it be retrieved? please i worked really hard for it for a long time. and i cant play since i dont have my main char weapon and i cant sell leech because i dont have it. so im stuck again. please help.
no we cant retrieve your missing items for you due to you getting hacked because of your poor account security. You can always try restarting with a cheap wand and work your way up again
But I changed my password after my sakura sword was missing (in case i was hacked) to a good, long password with special chars, and the wand was missing after i changed my password. And now i changed my password again. So how can you tell me its due to poor account security? And also i heard that there were many account that were hacked last year i doubt we all had poor account security. i lost 10b worth of items there.
