I have a moderately nice amount of follows on twitch (About 1k) I absolutely love this server, and I play it a lot, so I was wondering if it were cool if I had permission to stream it, and when I do, I could smega it on the server! Not sure how many of my viewers would watch, but I might as well stream when I play, you know? Anyway, I just wanted permission to do that. I'll post my link if given permission. Thanks!
You're allowed to stream the game and direct people to it, one of our GMs streams other games regularly as well and advertises his stream on the forums. @Manny
I think Manny said that twitch don't like it and he only streams new content cause they might be tough on the private server thing. Better wait for him to answer .
@Kagenomaru Yes I used to stream the server a lot until I read through the rules a bit. Twitch, Nexon, and the official Maplestory community don't really like private servers being streamed. It could get the entire channel shut down, so it's a risk that you have to take yourself. The reason I stopped was because I was to go further in twitch and don't really want to risk my channel being shut down. Therefore I will only stream it every once in a while, but it is no longer my main game I play. As far as the the Maple Royals staff, we don't see an issue with you streaming the server, as long as you follow our Terms and Conditions. Just be aware that, you are doing this at your own risk.
