Ban message when attempting to log in: " This account is blocked from logging in due to too many invalid PIC authentication attempts. Please reset your password and PIN on our website to regain access to this account." What GM banned you (optional): Nothing.
Hi, thank you for the quick reply. The problem I'm experiencing is when I try to reset a password I have to enter the email and unfortunately I can't remember which email I registered with. Is it possible to change the email please? Regards.
