Closed Ban appeal - returning player

    Hello,

    After 5+years, I have decided to return to MapleRoyals. Upon logging into my account, it seems that my ID has been blocked or deleted from connection. I recall posting about this issue several years ago and was promptly unbanned due to an issue regarding my IP address, I think. It's been quite a while...

    Proper formatting:
    My IGN is Empathy. I believe I have several characters in my account, but I do not recall the IGNs.
    Stopped playing around 2015. I don't recall what I was doing. I never hacked, trolled, or scammed anyone.
    Ban message: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    Just to confirm, you have not played Royals at all since 5+ years ago? And you are returning now to play to find your account has been blocked?

    Since this is a ban from many years ago, I am also going to PM you for your Username, just for confirmation. Do not put your Username here, as this is a public forum.

    Based on the ban logs, it looks like your account may have been hacked back in December of 2016, as your character was found online without any gear on in a FM room with another low level IGN. It was subsequently banned for suspicious activity.

    To attempt a recovery of your account, you will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of. They will also check to see if your account can be recovered.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
