Closed cash item disappeared

i had a sakura sword with june's tag and i logged in today and it disappeared.
can anything be done about it please? ill appreciate.

my account was recently unbanned and also my 191tma wand is missing please help. i spend alot of money on it and now i dont even have a weapon for my bishop

 

I will add this info to the admin ticket, but it is highly unlikely that a regular item just goes missing like this.

 

Not 100% sure for the reason. Can anything be done about that? The item was there before i got banned (falsely ofc) and now its missing. Please i cant play since i dont have my main weapon that i can make money from (leech) and im pretty sure i changed my password before i was banned and after so idk how its went missing.

There have been some cases now of compromised accounts, but we cannot issue refunds as there is no known issue on MapleRoyals' end. Our developers and admins are always vigilant, and review cases of hackings carefully to ensure this.

I dont understand tho. I have proof i had it. And its just a cash item, it has no stats (the wand ill get over and just save up again and buy a new one), so i dont understand why i cant get it back. You can trace it since it had june’s tag on it (therefore not many items like this one exist on the sever).
Please help, this sword worth more then my whole gear now (i never had anything truly valuable except from this sword and wand). I dont even care if it would have june’s tag or not. I just want it back. I changed my password twice now and still an item got missing so idk what more i could have done about it. Please reconsider.
