Solved [Solution Given] Error code 0xc0000005

    Where are you having an issue(s):

    *In-Game

    Details of the issue:
    *What issue(s) are you having.
    - Cant start the game.

    *Actions leading to the issue.

    I was playing MR after I tried to open another client this error showed up. Once I logged off from my main account, I couldn't open any client since the error would just come up.

    *What were you trying to do.
    -
    Nothing out of the ordinary.

    *Does this issue(s) happen often.
    -
    Every time I try to open MR

    What error code were you given(if any):

    0xc0000005

    Checklist:
    I've tried redownloading multiple times both WZ & IMG Setups.
    Updated my operating system and drivers.
    Issue doesn't shows up on Mapleroyals forum, also issue is not on Troubleshooting guide.
    Not related to modem.

    Other stuff I've tried.
    - Turned off Windows real time protection (while installing)
    - Added the files in the exclusion folder.
    - Ran CCleaner

    Help is appreciated. :)

    Followed the exception guide, still no luck :(

    Also from ayumilove guide, my framework is up to date…

    any other suggestions?

    Not sure, think already tried all of the possible steps

    Maybe try running Royals as Admin or compatibility mode in Windows 7?

    Tried compatibility mode with all the different versions of windows, also played a bit with different settings.

    Always running as Admin.

    Have an idea ill try later, will post here if I get it to work. In the meantime any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    Haven’t been able to test a couple of ideas I had since I’ve been on a business trip rip. :(

    Welp, I installed it on my laptop and it works great, same windows version but slightly worse HW

    With the newest version of .NET framework + reinstalling the game I'm able to play again :)
