Mapleroyals can't launch

Hey guys, i wonder if someone can help me ...

I downloaded the game but when i try to launch it, nothing happen, not even an error message. I've checked if my firewall/amtivirus was blocking it but it doesn't.

Well if you tried firewall and antivirus then maybe it's a compatibility issue? I really don't know.

Your antivirus might be deleting the client or you may need to right click and run as administrater. Add the MapleRoyals folder as an exception to your antivirus.

I tried to run it without my antivirus and it still didn't work.

Finally it was my firewall/antivirus ... I'm just to noob dealing with those.
