Welcome! You want to try Von Leon but don't have the neccessary pr0's in your buddylist or guild? Heck you are a guildless lone wolf, yet want to experience challenging new content? Then you've found the solution. This is an attempt to recruit 30 man public Von Leon Runs. Meaning 5 parties * 6 party members each! This is equal to a whole lot of fun! !Any Jobs and damage ranges are welcome! The only requirements are you having the prequest done. This means you have "The Knight's Magic Scroll" in your USE Inventory. To finish the prequest you have to be minimum level 175 or higher. If you do not know how to finish the prequest, please refer to Becca's LHC Prequest Guide. Currently there are the last quests missing in Becca's Guide which will enable you to get The Knight's Magic Scroll. She will most likely adjust this error, no mhm.. overseeing mistake of hers as soon as people figure it out themselves! @Becca For people who had The Knight's Magic Scroll before the Von Leon Update already: The scroll has been removed from the inventories and a new set of quests has been added to the already existing previous ones. So if you had the scroll already the last time, you have to go back to the NPCs ( mostly Ifia and Luden ) and finish their remaining quests. There are about 5-7 Quests that will take approximately 1-3 hours with a party of 6 people depending on RNG and characters strength. The quests go ( if i remember correctly ) as follows: 1. Find the Rose Garden Key ( dropped by Grey Vultures ) - About 10-50 Kills for it to drop 2. Get 10 Alliance Badges from LHC Mobs; Mobs that do drop Alliance Badges are: Bearwolves, Grey Vultures and Castle Golems. Reindeers are not dropping them and about Crocky Gatekeepers idk. - Takes the most time really as the droprates aren't super high. I'd say 10-15% dropchance. 3. Protect Ifia on her way to the Castle - Quick 3 minute Quest 4. Kill 100 Grey Vultures - Depends on Party strength, but like 10-15 minutes usually 5. Get the ETC Scroll from Castle Golems - Talk to Luden to get the USE The Knight's Magic Scroll which is consumed when entering VL If you are stuck in between some quests or don't know where to go next, just talk to Either of those NPCs: Luden ( LHC Castle Fourth Tower ) Ifia ( LHC Castle Roof of the Fifth Tower ) I am probably missing a few smaller Quests in between, but they're so minor that mentioning them is unneccessary. Except for People who care about the Lore ( which is great! ) but those will read the quest dialogue anyways. While this is based on the original BlackCatsHT Thread, this one is for the newly released Von Leon Boss in Lionheart Castle. Obviously the name takes its inspriation from BlackCatsHT runs, however i thought a slightly different color tone to differentiate between the two and to pay tribute to a great past community effort would make sense. Or screw that idea if i deem it stupid. Oh, and what about the drops? If we even manage to take it down? Since the drops are still mostly unknown it should go as follows: if NX is dropped, the highest level characters will loot first and will be assigned by the Expedition Squad Leader. The other loots ( if hopefully tradeable ) will be sold and split among all of the attendants evenly. I haven't figured out how many bodies Von Leon has or which parts of the fight even exist, so it will probably be based on difficulty. e.G if B1 is the easiest, B2 is harder than B1 and B3 is hardest, the ones who survived only up until B1 get (numbers will be adjusted) 10% split, while B2 gets 30% and B3 100%. This might also encourage people to learn the mechanics and try to survive up until the end. They are untradeable it seems. So i am not exactly sure how to "split" those other than letting a brave warrior who's survived until the end loot it! Marx Von Leon's Etheral Great Sword, 120att 8slot Sword: and Victor Von Leon's Ethereal Great Sword, 126 att 12str 8slot Sword: So far we know: -The tombstones that fall from the air hit 199k and are telegraphed quite well and dodgeable if you learn the mechanics and act fast! -The little Castle Golems hit 199k, so do not touch them. -People get teleported to Aerial Prison Maps which they have to escape before the timer ends. -The Grey Vulture that is spawned from within Von Leon that "rushes" through the map stuns - You can "duck" (press Arrow DOWN) to dodge , or jump over it i think So far we have these as learning resources: Do not touch the little Golems! As for HP Requirements: Dark Knights can use Berzerk as long as they are 30k HP There are no known HP Requirements as of now for the other jobs.
