"This account is blocked from logging in due to too many invalid PIN authentication attempts. Please reset your password on our website to regain access to this account" Downloaded the client today, issue happened today, I reset my password a few hours ago but still get the same error. I haven't played for over a year, google alerted me that my password was found in a data breach "1 year ago". Last time I played I got a new PIN from an administrator and everything worked fine. My account should only have about 1 or 2 characters if I recall correctly, if there's any way to check that it hasn't been tampered with I'd be glad to know.
Oh I didn't even know there was a control panel Resetting the PIC and password through the control panel somehow made it work, my account seems to be just like it should now. Thanks very much
Glad that the issue has been resolved Would also strongly recommend avoid using the same password + PIN + PIC for other online services
