My TMA 193 Ele Wand 6 and 8 Int 4 Luk Dark Moon Shoes (DMS) are among some of the items that I kept in the FM Storage Keeper that are currently missing. The latest instance where I used both my wand and DMS was before I started a Neo Huroid (53-56) leech. Before starting a low level leech, I would ALWAYS store them in the FM Storage Keeper and withdraw my Red Whip and Violet Snowshoes to equip. After completing the Neo Huroid leech, I had another leech job at Stormbreakers, which I am required to use both my wand and DMS. As I proceed to withdraw them from the FM Storage Keeper, I discovered that my TMA193 Ele Wand 6, my DMS, and some other items that I kept in the Storage Keeper are missing. This is the first time that I encountered this issue. I hope this problem can be resolved swiftly. I just joined this server 2 months ago =(
Have you used ~buyback to confirm if any accidental NPC-ed? Also, providing the date and time of missing may help the Staff with investigations
Hi there, Yes, I did. After storing the wand and shoes, I started a 2 hour leech, and had about 3 full Equipment inventories + 20~ish ETC slots of NPCables. I did use the ~buyback command, however both of them weren't in the ~buyback shop. As for the time of incident, I discovered about the missing items at around 1420 server time on the 28th of November. I started the 2 hour leech at around 1100 server time, meaning I would have stored the wand and shoes at around 1030~1050 server time. Hope all of these information could assist with the investigation.
I am sorry for your loss. Up until this point, there has NOT been any replies from any Staff. To add on, after talking to other players that had faced the same issue, the likelihood of getting refund is very low.
